Shaping Women’s Abdominal Muscles at Home

Which woman does not want a flat stomach, especially if it is added to the presence of abs or six-pack abs. Not only can men have, but women can also build abdominal muscles. Like Jennifer Lopez and Cinta Laura who are famous for having six-pack abs with their hard work. The exercises they do to maintain the shape of the stomach certainly require high discipline. There is more than one exercise you can do to get a flat stomach. You can also use bcaa sweetened with stevia.

Women have to work extra hard to get a toned stomach. The abdominal muscles are made up of three layers. The deepest is called the transversus abdominis, which functions as a body girdle, as a support and maintain stability. Then there’s the rectus abdominis, the abdominal muscles that flex the spine. Last and closest to the surface are the internal and external obliques, the abdominal muscles that rotate the torso. Well, there are exercises to make these muscles look and be firmer.

Crunches
Almost similar to sit-ups, but crunches are much more effective for building strong abdominal muscles. The difference is, the range of motion of the crunches is narrower and the position of the feet is not flat on the floor, but is lifted together with the upper body. If you do it right, then this movement can help you improve your balance. Crunches are perfect for training the muscles in the middle of the abdominal area. Inhale and down, repeat for 2-3 sets.

Plank
Plank exercises can strengthen your abdominal muscles if you do them often. At least 1 minute a day is enough. It looks easy, but don’t underestimate the planks. Do this in a kneeling position and place your palms in the front, then your forearms on the mat and stretch out from behind. Repeat three times for effective results. It looks simple, but planks can perfect the stomach you desire.
