Plank exercises can strengthen your abdominal muscles if you do them often. At least 1 minute a day is enough. It looks easy, but don’t underestimate the planks. Do this in a kneeling position and place your palms in the front, then your forearms on the mat and stretch out from behind. Repeat three times for effective results. It looks simple, but planks can perfect the stomach you desire.
