Curt Cleaver Announces Run for U.S. Senate
ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Curt Cleaver officially announced his candidacy for the United States Senate in 2012 at the 20th Annual Happy Birthday Texas Celebration in Arlington, TX held on Sunday, March 6, 2011. A total unknown to the political arena, Curt brings to the race a candidate that represents the entrepreneurial spirit of middle class American. After successfully working his way to the top of the hospitality industry, Curt pioneered a niche market for himself in the DFW Middle Eastern hotel owners’ sales in marketing segment.
First and foremost, Curt has a deep and passionate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. “This nation needs to be restored to its origins – One Nation under God,” Curt said. The time has come for both Americans and Texans to get back to a strict adherence to the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. and Texas Constitutions.
The preservation of American Freedom and Texas Sovereignty need to once again, become a major directive at all levels of government. The deep water drilling moratorium in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico as well as increased domestic energy dependence must be immediately pursued.
Americans should also have the right to be safe and use their unalienable right to defend themselves.
The amount of debt Washington has burdened each and every American citizen with is unconscionable and cannot be allowed to continue. A moratorium on Federal spending is a must, as well as limiting federal income for all income brackets and eliminating penalties on businesses and hard working families so that they can begin to restore free enterprise in America.
In addition, the sanctity of human life, created in the image of God, should be protected from fertilization to natural death. Marriage does not need to be renegotiated, but rather remain one natural man and one natural woman.
Curt Cleaver will use Godly wisdom, integrity, and his entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit to effect change in Washington.
